Lbrands Service Company, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bath and Body Works (BBW) and acts as the corporate flight department of the parent company and Victoria Secret and Company (VSCO) through interchange agreements and joint-ownership arrangements.   All aircraft, operations, and support crews are based at a single location at KCMH (John Glenn International Airport, Columbus, OH).   Each company owns one of the identical CL-605 aircraft, and both companies use the CRJ and Global 6000 aircraft to transport company executives and other personnel.  The CRJ-200 corporate shuttle flies from CMH to KTEB twice per day on an average of 3 days per week, and occasionally operates to other domestic locations.  The Global 6000 and CL-605s are used to provide executive transport to both domestic and international locations.  This new corporate structure has been in place since 2021, and the flight department continues to operate in essentially the same manner as before the corporate restructuring.  The parent company (BBW) has had several changes in top-level leadership positions in 2023, including changes at the CEO and CFO roles.  Flight management has led multiple onboarding and planning meetings with BBW to ensure that new leadership is provided with necessary information and functionality capabilities of the flight assets.    Additionally, each of the two separate brands have worked to achieve stand-alone functions once shared by the Enterprise Center Operations, including changes in Finance, Human Resources, Security, the Emergency Operations Center roles, and protocols in managing the Emergency Response Plan involving the individual businesses and their relationship to the Flight department.  This year, the operator has fully integrated additional VOCUS functions, and combined this with data from the FOQUA program to provide data of average events per 100 flight hours.  This data is shared with flight crews during monthly Safety Meetings combined with Pilot Meetings to address the data and any relative SPIs or changes to policy or training associated with managing the SMS data. Additionally, the operator has completed Mental Health (MHA) training and recognition for all department members as additional training in support of industry awareness addressing this issue.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
